Managing Organizations Major
The Managing Organizations major focuses on the science and practice of leading and managing people, teams, and organizations. Courses emphasize leveraging human and social capital to drive organizational growth and change. Skill sets include leadership, building teams and networks, negotiating effectively, developing power and influence, fostering organizational culture, and designing high-performance organizations within a global context.
Major requirements are determined by the quarter you began your Kellogg 黑料正能量. Any new courses and adjustments to the major displayed in the most recent academic year can be applied to previously matriculated students.
